BTMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got to see one of my fav bands bomb the music industry with my band and my best friend and his brother. seeing this band is like the coolest thing in the world for me on so many levels. first off they are an amazing live band, one of the best shows u can go to. also they are total DIY. they set all their own stuff up, their gear breaks down onstage, they fuck up and dont care. they are 110% into what they do and the kids at their shows give them 110% back! i get to talk to band members at their shows and this time it was their drummer. he told he was tired and i asked him why. he told me he worked 10 hours that day and has to do it again tomorow. that alone made my night. they are me and thats why i love them

The Un-Event Of The Century

woke up to the news half asleep

but it’s already in the air

they all seem to know

but me

the cats out  of the bag

the countdown is on

set to explode

and when it goes….

welcome to the un-event of the century

nobody seems distressed

not in the least

nobody

but me

“After that, it got pretty late and we both had to go, but it was great seeing Annie again and I realized what a terrific person she was and how much fun it was just knowing her…and I thought of that old joke, you know, the, this guy goes to a psychiatrist and says, ‘Doc, uh, my brother’s crazy, he thinks he’s a chicken,’ and uh, the doctor says, ‘Well why don’t you turn him in?’ And the guy says, ‘I would, but I need the eggs.’ Well, I guess that’s pretty much now how I feel about relationships. You know, they’re totally irrational and crazy and absurd and - but uh, I guess we keep going through it…because…most of us need the eggs.” —

Annie Hall (via mineisgreen) (via quote-book)

im in love with this movie!
